I use Sweet Almond Oil as one of the three carrier oils. Please let us know if you are allergic to tree nuts. We’d be more than happy to make a custom mixture of any of our recipes with a fitting substitute for Sweet Almond Oil.
There are many benefits to using beard oil as part of your daily routine - as well as stopping the dreaded beard itch, it keeps your beard soft and in control, and your skin healthy underneath.
Not only does it do all that, but if you buy any scented beard oils, like the ones in our range, it also acts as a natural cologne. You won’t need to buy or wear cologne in addition to using our beard oils.

Depending on the length of your beard, take between 2-6 drops of beard oil and rub it into your palms and then work your way upwards through the beard hair ensuring the oil gets to the skin under your beard (as that's where the oil can work its magic).
A bottle will generally last 3-6 months depending on the length of beard and use.

It is! Completely natural. We only use 100% natural carrier and essential oils in our beard oil. Nothing else is added.
This means all the oils used in the bottle contain all of the intended benefits, compared to beard oils that use fragrance oils, whilst still providing amazing smells.

Carrier oils are the most important part of your beard oil. They contain many powerful varying benefits for both your skin and beard. They tend to be relatively scent free which is why we also add essential oils to the bottle to create a nice smelling fragrance.
Essential oils are concentrated extracts of the plants they have come from using a natural extraction process. Most essential oils are far too highly concentrated to be used on your skin alone, but when a few drops are diluted appropriately in a carrier oil they can be highly beneficial.
Much like carrier oils, essential oils contain their own unique and helpful properties for your skin and beard. In addition they provide the smells used in our beard oil recipes.

I have had a beard for 6+ years now and for 95% of that time I have been using my own beard oils. Back when I first began growing my beard I was looking for a way to conquer the dreaded beard itch that stops many from committing and growing out their beards.
Back then there wasn't much choice available on the market so I began to research and make my own. For years I have exclusively used my own beard oil, and sold many bottles to friends.
In order to do this, I researched the best oils to use and the combinations that result in the best results for the beard.

All my beard oil bottles are mixed and made from scratch in small batches at my home in London. It has been worth spending my time to make them for myself for the last 5+ years and I'm happy to spend the time making them for you too!
